The Crew recognizes and appreciates the outstanding local landscape - national success and reputations for outstanding collegiate, high school and club programs. We are committed to creating an environment that will enhance our community, and will provide a truly unique experience for young soccer players. The top priority of The Crew Juniors has been to establish a terrific coaching staff. Please review our Coaches section for profiles on the staff members that will be involved in our player development model. In addition to their outstanding experience, these coaches are committed to giving back to the sport and to serving as role models. MISSIONThe Crew Juniors were formed to create the premier youth player development program in Major League Soccer. We strive to assemble the finest coaching staff and to be committed to their long-term development through continuing education. We commit to establishing an outstanding learning environment for young people, on and off of the field. We pledge to run The Crew Juniors organization with a sense of community, and a commitment to give back to the game and assist with its growth at all levels. |

As Major League Soccer enters its second decade, there is an increased priority to become involved and assist with player development at the youth level. As the United States produces more quality players, it is critical that the level of instruction from qualified coaches continues to improve also. In forming youth systems, MLS organizations can lend support to the entire soccer community by sharing their resources - top coaches, players, facilities, and gear.
