The launch of the Chicago Fire Academy (CFA) is one of the most important initiatives for the advancement of professional soccer and MLS in the Chicago market. With a successful team on the field and a first class stadium to call home, the Fire is positioned to make a critical investment in Player Development. 
The Chicago Fire Premier is the Amateur level player development program of the Chicago Fire MLS team. Currently operating the next two levels of the player development ladder with the Chicago Fire Premier Super 20 team and Chicago Fire Premier PDL team, they fit into the Fire Academy's "ladder of success" to the professional team. 
The official youth soccer club of the Chicago Fire offers programs for players of all abilities. Fire Juniors is the first of its kind program in Major League Soccer (MLS), creating a true player development "pyramid" from the beginning recreational player to the professional level. Chicago Fire Camps & Training offers multi-layered training and education programs that develop young soccer players and provide extensive support to hundreds of soccer organizations, coaches and players in the youth soccer community. New Winter 2008-09 Dates! The Regional Development School (RDS) from Chicago Fire Camps and Training is an elite individual training program specifically for competitive travel players looking to aspire to the next level. The program is designed to complement club training with the program focused on individual foot skills rather than tactical instruction.
The Illinois Youth Soccer / US Youth Soccer Olympic Development Program is an elite player identification program in Illinois and the United States. The US Youth Soccer Olympic Development Program has identified more players participating on Professional and National Teams than any other program.
